【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofdouble-sidedgriddles.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectadouble-sidedgriddleandunderstanditsenergyefficiencyandproductivity.Thistestmethodisapplicabletothermostaticallycontrolled,double-sidedgasandelectric(orcombinationgasandelectric)contactgriddleswithseparatelyheatedtopsurfaces.Thedouble-sidedgriddlecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(10.2);Temperatureuniformityacrossthecookingsurface(s)andthermostatsaccuracy(10.3);Preheatenergyandtime(10.4);Idleenergyrate(10.5);Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(10.6);Cookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.7);andProductioncapacityandcookingsurfacetemperaturerecoverytime(10.7).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
