【摘要】:ThispartofISO10300specifiesthebasicformulaeforuseinthedeterminationofthesurfaceloadcapacityofstraightandhelical(skew),zerol-andspiral-bevelgears,andincludesalltheinfluencesonsurfacedurabilityforwhichquantitativeassessmentscanbemade.ThispartofISO10300isapplicabletooil-lubricatedtransmissions,aslongassufficientlubricantispresentinthemeshatalltimes.TheformulaeinISO10300arevalidforbevelgearswithteethwherethetransversecontactratioisενα＜2.TheresultsarevalidwithintherangeoftheappliedfactorsasindicatedinISO10300-1,andinISO6336-2.However,theformulaeinthispartofISO10300arenotdirectlyapplicableintheassessmentofcertaintypesofgear-toothsurfacedamage,suchasplasticyielding,scratching,scuffingoranyothertypenotspecified.CAUTION—Theuseriscautionedthatwhenthemethodsareusedforlargespiralandpressureangles,andforlargefacewidthb＞10mmn,thecalculatedresultsofISO10300shouldbeconfirmedbyexperience.
