【摘要】:ThescopeofthisInternationalStandardislimitedtoevaluationoftonercartridgeyieldfortonercontainingcartridges(i.e.all-in-onetonercartridgesandtonercartridgeswithoutaphotoconductor)formonochromeelectrophotographicprinters.ThisInternationalStandardcouldalsobeappliedtotheprintercomponentofanymultifunctionaldevicethathasadigitalinput-printingpath(i.e.multi-functiondevicesthatcontainprintercomponents).ThisInternationalStandardisonlyintendedforthemeasurementoftonercartridgeyield.Nootherclaimscanbemadefromthistestingregardingquality,reliability,etc.NOTEApplicationofthisInternationalStandardforyieldmeasurementoftonerreplenishmentsystems(i.e.tonercartridge-andbottletypesystemswherethetonerreservoirisinternaltotheprintingsystemandnotuser-replaceable)requiressomeproceduralmodificationsspecificallynotedherein.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforequipmentusedintheofficespaceanddoesnotapplytoproductionvolumeorlargeformatprintingmachineswherethemajorcostofownershipisnotcausedbytheconsumableyieldmeasuredinthisInternationalStandard.
