【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforhoseassemblieswithvapourrecoveryfordeliverysystemsonpetrolfillingstations.Thehoseassemblieswithvapourrecoveryfordeliverysystemsonpetrolfillingstationsshallbecapableofwithstandinganticipatedmechanical,thermalandchemicalstressingandshallberesistanttothecombustibleliquidsusedintheseapplicationsaswellastheirvapourandvapourairmixtures.Theassembliesshallbeconstructedinsuchawaythatactionsduringnormaloperationcannotgiverisetodangerouselectrostaticchargesnorshalltherebeanyreductionintheperformanceofthevapourrecovery.Theassembliesareintendedforuseatambienttemperaturesbetween-30℃and+55℃fornormaltemperatureclassand-40℃and+55℃forlowtemperatureclassataworkingpressure≤16bar.Hosesmaybeconstructedfromrubberorthermoplasticelastomer(TPE)andthisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforthreetypesofhosesintwocategoriesandtwoclassesofhoseassembliesformeasuredfueldispensingsystems,includingoxygenatedfuels(≤15%.oxygenatedcompounds)withinternalvapourrecoverytubingorhose.NOTEThisdocumentdoesnotapplytomultichamberfueldispensinghoses.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa
